Asian Cuisine
Our Park Royal site is one of Britain's largest oriental kitchen facilities, purpose-designed and purpose-built for authentic Asian food production. EU-approved for fish and meat products, the facility supplies retailers and caterers across the UK and Europe.
The facility design enforces strict physical separation between raw and cooked foods at every stage, from goods-in and storage through preparation, cooking, chilling, freezing and finished product dispatch. This eliminates cross-contamination risk and ensures consistent food safety.
All production is overseen by highly experienced chefs with decades in the catering trade, combining the expertise of traditional Cantonese cooking methods with modern food production technology and the finest Far Eastern ingredients.
Cold Chain Integrity
Purpose-built facility design ensures strict separation of raw and cooked foods throughout receipt, storage, preparation, cooking, chilling/freezing, and finished product storage.
Distribution Network
Our refrigerated distribution fleet covers approximately 80% of Greater London, 90% of the United Kingdom through our cold-chain logistics partners, with national wholesale supply available through established partners all throughout the UK.
Park Royal Facility
Our production facility is strategically located in Park Royal, NW10 — moments from the North Circular and the A40 into central London. This prime position gives our distribution team swift access to the capital and major arterial routes for national delivery.
